Managing Director :

Mrs. Rakhi Sharma is a professional with an interest to work for social causes. She is from Commerce and Finance background. She has a deep understanding and experience in SHG, Cooperatives and Treatment of drug addicts and alcoholics. She is engaged in these social activities since 2001 and helped thousands of them to lead a drug free life.

She has a strong educational background in finance, commerce and chartered accountancy. She also has in-depth knowledge of all SHG formation, Sustainability and Co-operative and functioning of GOI & State Government.She also has very good qualification and experience in financial management of NGO, Private and Government Organizations.

She has more than 10 years of working knowledge in NGO sector, Human Resource, and Event Management.

Director :

Mr. Kumar Deepak is supporting the organization as a Director. He has vast experience of working with Governments of different states in various capacities. He had also worked with UNDP for various years, has undertaken various activities under the Disaster Risk Management Programme with Government of UP and Bihar, which aims at empowering the communities for disaster risk management as well as institutionalizing the system in government functioning.

Mr. Kumar Deepak is a Master of Statistics, Master of Mathematics. He has also obtained Master of Social Work from Delhi School of social work in year 1997.

He has in-depth knowledge of all development policies and implementation framework of GOI and State Government. He has very good knowledge in Disaster Management – Policies, Implementation framework and mainstreaming. He also has expertise in Policies formation, Human Resource Management and event management.

He is Founder Hon. General Secretary of Youth Mobilization for nation advancement and worked for creating awareness about drug abuse, treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts and alcoholics since 1989.
